Cancellations
If you find that you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We accept cancellations for any reason. Due to our highly integrated supply chain, we typically fill and ship an order within five hours of your order clearing. Once the order is sent, it is difficult and costly to cancel and recall. Therefore, our policy is simply that once your order is shipped, the return policy is in effect.
In some cases of custom ordering, an item may be non-cancellable.
How to Cancel an Order:
1. Send an email to orders@KnobGallery.com indicating your intent to cancel. Include your name, contact information, and invoice number.
2. Or call 866.920.2991 to inform KnobGallery of your intent to cancel.
